How do I change my password?
If you are already logged in to the site and would like to change your password you can do so by visiting the My Settings page in the Account section. If you have forgotten your password or it is not working for any other reason and you can’t login to the site, you can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Your Username or Password” link on the login screen. You will have to correctly answer the security question you set up when you signed up for Pikum! in order to reset the password.

How do I change my Time Zone?
Go to my account, and then click on my settings. On the “my settings” tab you will be able to change your Time Zone.

Why do you need my Time Zone?
Pikum! requires your “Time zone” to keep your Pikums up to date in real time. If you reside in the UK but your Pikum is played in the USA, Pikum! must be able to tell you what time the game will start. Pikum! must indicate the time according to your Time Zone.

Does Pikum! send out notifications?
Yes, Pikum! does send out notifications. To activate notifications go to my account on the home page, and then click on my settings. Click on the notification tab, here you will find different notifications. You can be notified via mail. You can be notified of the following actions on your Pikum! account via Mail: Account notifications - Pikum.com needs to contact me about my account
- I change my contact email address
- I make a deposit
- I make a withdrawal

How can I unsubscribe from your mail list?
If you no longer wish to receive mail from Pikum! go to “my account” on the home page, and then click on “my settings” where you will be able to unsubscribe.
If your account is closed, you will automatically be unsubscribed from all of Pikum! e-mail lists (e.g., newsletters, promotional materials, etc.).
