  • Used to swim a lot when I was younger for badges. Still enjoy swimming in the sea. I've tried surfing a few times on holiday in Devon, had a few days lesson with instructor. Haven't played badminton for a while but do enjoy it and it is probably the sport i'm best at. Had some lessons in it when I was younger. Tennis, been member of the local tennis club for the past few years didn't join up this year but when I finish uni will certainly join up again. Played in a couple of club tournaments, had quite a bit of private coaching. Then of course, football, probably the sport i'm worst at, had some coaching again when I was younger mainly as a goalkeeper. Still love playing whenever I can just for fun. Keeper or defender probably my best position! Frisbee count?
  • Er, maybe badminton at school one of the best in my year although by no means good enough to play for the school. Doubles match and I served the shuttlecock through my legs and got it in only to be told not to showboat by the P.E. teacher, hah. Or again badminton aiming for a hoop on the other side of the net about 3 inches wide, the instructor had bet none of us could get it in, I did. Though stupidly I accepted his offer of double or quits and didn't get it in the second time!
  • To watch, has to be football! Then tennis. Never really watched badminton. To play, love playing football then tennis, surfing, badminton..
  • There's only one United!
  • Diego Forlan, Mikael Silvestre, Peter Schmeichel, Jesper Blomquvist, Cristiano Ronaldo, Carlitos Tevez, Michael Carrick
  • Treble 99' anyone? Forlan's two goals against Liverpool.
  • Right how do i go about this? My names Sam as you've probably gathered. I'm currently at the University of Portsmouth studying GIS. That is geographical information systems. • English, spent a semester learning Spanish but still only know a tiny bit. Know a tiny bit of German from GCSE as well.
  • Playing and watching sport. Going out. Music.
  • Jack Johnson, Razorlight, RHCP, Bright Eyes, Daniel Powter, The Darkness, KT Tunstall, The Killers, Nerina Pallot, The Automatic, Bedouin Soundclash, Nizlopi, The Kooks, The View, Feeder, Goo Goo Dolls, REM, U2.. Other bands/artists i like which aren't so recent would be Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Simon and Garfunkel, Queen, Dire Straits, The Who, Rolling Stones, Counting Crows. Any other songs which have a great guitaring and singing with decent lyrics. The latters probably most important.
  • House, LOST, Prison Break, Fawlty Towers, Scrubs, Friends, My Family
  • Fav film gotta be The Last Samurai or Good Will Hunting or Million Dollar Baby or Leon or..:P, others I like..Gone in 60 seconds, Italian job (original and remake), Great escape, Don't say a word. The Bourne series, The Departed, Airplane, Naked Gun series, Along came a spider. Lock Stock two smoking barrells, Snatch, Lucky Number Slevin, most of the Bond films especially Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan maybe the two best bonds ever, certainly not Daniel Craig casino royale was crap. Blood Diamond, One Fine day, Lost in translation. But yeah I like most action and comedies
  • A good thriller. Lee Child or Jack Higgins got to be one of my fav authors. I don't read that many comedies as there don't seem to be that many good ones around but do enjoy them when I find a rare good one. I like James Holland as well - The Burning Blue is fantastic wartime romantic drama novel, anyone would enjoy.
  • "Confidence is what you have before you understand the problem." - Woody Allen
  • "If only god would give me a clear sign, like making a large deposit under my name in a swiss bank account"
  • "My biggest achievement was knocking Liverpool off their fucking perch and you can print that!" "Squeey Bum time"
  • "Statistics are like a drunk with a lampost: used more for support than illumination." "Bessie Braddock: Sir, you are drunk. Churchill: And you, madam, are ugly. But in the morning, I shall be sober."
